The studio balcony has the best view I have ever had from a room anywhere — the open sea straight ahead, the village below you, Positano across the water, and the sunset falling directly in front of you. What that means in practice is that you don't need to go out anywhere for it. No terrace bar, no walking to a viewpoint. You sit on your own balcony with a drink and watch the whole thing happen. The room itself lived up to it. Spotlessly clean, very well looked after, and decorated with real care rather than the usual rental furniture. The rest of the property is kept to the same standard throughout. Giovanni, our host, made a real difference. Helpful, easy to talk to in person, quick to respond, and he genuinely knows the area — he gave us several tips we used the same day. One honest note: there are around 100 steps up to the house. It sounds worse than it is, and it is absolutely not a reason to stay somewhere else. One of the best places you can stay on the whole coast.

The balcony was lovely/great views - people from other rooms walked through it so not fully private. It was clean and had enough shops/restaurants nearby

Far from the beach long 30 minute walk to main marina but small beach closer which was nice. Noisy neighbours while we stayed.

The property was absolutely amazing. Completely out of this world! Couldn’t have asked for a better villa, in the most scenic and beautiful location. Would definitely recommend staying here, it is absolutely beautiful!

Completely out of the hosts control, but how the air con kept needing re booting! In the summer heat wasn’t ideal! But not a big deal in the same breath.
