Amsterdam is very expensive so this was a no-frills room with a manageable price.
The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating.
It's outdated and a little rough around the edges, but I appreciated having an option that was more manageable from a price perspective.

excellent location, friendly staff and bright room with a very nice and big window. I never used public transport, by feet if you like walking it is perfect to reach several parts of the city
the room is a bit small - especially when bed is very next to the toilet door, but no major issues once you take the dimensions

I love this place, this is our second visit. We came in February and had such a good experience that we decided to come back again. We got the deluxe room with balcony and its was lovely! The staff, especially Stephanie are absolutely brilliant. The location is spot on, near enough to the center but just far enough so that its nice and quiet at night. This will be the place I'll choose to stay whenever I come and visit Amsterdam. I highly recommend it!
Nothing, everything was brilliant.
