The staff were exceptional and the rooms were extremely clean and amenities well thought out. The check in was warm and welcoming and the food and drink service was great also. The lady working in the whisky bar had exceptional knowledge of the extensive collection of whiskys the hotel has to offer and was very patient with guests explaining everything.

The staff were terrific. They were friendly, helpful and prepared to go the extra mile. The rooms were really nice. The junior suite was very spacious and the attention to detail in the room was exceptional. The food was delicious and enjoying a dram of whisky in the Spirit Safe after dinner was like being in heaven.
There wasn’t a lift, that was the only downside but as there were only two floors to negotiate that was very manageable.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. We felt this was very good value for the price, would stay again.

The hotel has a restaurant so it is handy at night.
The hotel is located on the main road and you hear all the noise of early delivery trucks and large lorries 😭 I could not have a good sleep.
The hotel is also understaffed so I had to wait long to be served at the restaurant.
