The location was good. Serene environment. I liked the breakfast as there were varieties to choose from.

The restaurant staff were slow in attending to guests.

The property was clean and well maintained The stuff made it a very welcoming atmosphere and for rooms 🥹🤌🏽😌 big enough comfortable Matress I will definitely return

Nothing at all all was perfect

The property is located about 5 minutes drive from the Convention Center. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I liked the daily housekeeping, neat rooms and helpful staff.

I found getting to my room a bit winding- having to go down the steps from the reception, walk beside the pool and through the restaurant.

i liked the setting, the hospitality and the overall hotel

two things made me a little bit uneasy. the first is that the prices on the menu never matched the prices on the bill. when i pointed it out, staff simply said the menu had not been updated and left it at that. i was very surprised that this was done at every meal. there was not attempt to explain that the prices were different and that the bill was not going to be the same of what was expected. very strange approach and not very fair on the customer. the other was that on friday night a very loud music event was organised and was surprised to hear that this would be going on until 11.30 at night. the music was very loud in the room. i also had a very early departure time the next day so not the best
