We liked the location and the view from the balcony (it faces the garden and a beautiful park). The kitchen is well stuffed with everything that one may need. Mosquito nets are installed on all doors, which is very important given the location. The host is very friendly and speaks good English. He met us on the property upon arrival, handled us the key and showed us the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!
What we did not like were smoking neighbors and mosquitoes. Both spoiled pretty much our coffee time and quiet evening enjoyment of the balcony view. Note for the people from US and Australia: Europe has no rules about outside smacking. Asking a German tourist not to smoke under your balcony would be like asking you not to brush your teeth in the morning ;-)

"The host was very nice and accommodating. He gave recommendations on where to go and was always available via text. The apartment was also very sufficient for a one-week stay. Small but fully equipped..."
