Amazing staff, good location. Rooms clean all food we had there was amazing.

Breakfast variation was great, had something for everyone which was great cause we travelled with a picky child. Staff were accommodating and so polite, ready to help with anything we needed and always greeted us with a smile and hello. I can’t fault anything at Four points, I would definitely stay here again with my family. The kids club was small and there weren’t many children there like some other kids clubs but my kids still loved going because of the staff and asked to go every day. Room service menu was limited but you can order food from the rooftop bar which has a bigger selection and get it delivered to your room which is what we did when we couldn’t be bothered going out for dinner. There’s also a a really nice restaurant on the Ground floor of the hotel that has entertainment most nights and really great food.
The place as a whole was great, there really isn’t anything I can fault. The location is good, not a far walk to restaurants and for shopping which was perfect for us!
