The location, the view, the staff and the buffet in the morning.

The most amazing views from almost every part of the hotel. The breakfast was good and varied slightly each day. Staff were friendly and helpful. They even cooked some 'real' bacon for our son. Laundry service was super helpful and cheap, and returned within the day. The onsite massages were lovely, although the rooms are not very private.
We knew this when we booked, but the location is up a very steep hill and our driver's car was not able to make it up there. The hotel shuttle was able to come and collect us and our luggage from the main road. However, the shuttle is not for regular use and you then must use a Tuktuk (paid). So, if you have mobility issues then the location might not be suitable. Also, the hotel has a lot of steps as it's on the side of a hill.

We stayed 4 nights at Zion View, but we could have stayed even longer. What a fantastic place, especially if you´re travelling with children! The staff was incredible, always going the extra mile. Sitting on the terrace with this amazing view over Ella Rock was just so peaceful. The pool is beautiful. Food was good and they accommodated us with a crib, a baby chair at dinner and there was a small play area as well. I will not easily forget this place!
