Het Woonrijk

In the end, my stay was very pleasant. The owner was extremely kind, attentive and helpful, and kindly upgraded me to the studio. The studio itself was very comfortable, cosy and nicely presented, with everything I needed for a short work trip. The bathroom was ensuite, which I particularly appreciated. As I was travelling for work and spent very little time at the accommodation, the facilities were more than sufficient for my needs.

The main issue is that the room descriptions are not entirely clear. I specifically chose the double room instead of the studio because it was advertised as having a private kitchenette. However, both the kitchenette and the private bathroom were actually located across the corridor rather than inside the room. I would have preferred this to be clearly stated beforehand, as it offers less privacy than expected. The owner kindly upgraded me to the studio, where the bathroom was ensuite, but the “kitchenette” was limited to a microwave and refrigerator, with no hob or toaster. This was not a problem for my short work stay, but clearer information about the layout and facilities would help guests choose the most suitable option.

Beautifull and comfortable room, amazing breakfast and a very sweet and friendly host. The bed was super comfortable, we had the best night sleep! Highly recommended!

The house is very well decirated with attention to details same as the rooms. The single room although small from look, does not bother because you have everything you need. It's beautiful and cozy. I was pleasantly surprised about all the available cutlery, seasonings to cook, toiletries. You can almost come just with your cloth and toothbrush. I also like the fridge in the room this is super handy, would Have loved a little sink to be able to freshen up without going to the shared bathroom. Esther is lovely and takes good care. Finally the location is great, close to all commodities

the cleanliness and comfort of the room,

the staircase leading to the floor of the room, too steep and dangerous the bathroom shared with other people
