Location was perfect. Train station and ferry station is very close. So many restaurants, pharmacy close by too. Bed was really comfortable, very spacious apartment. Washing machine was a plus. Quick response time from them.
No elevator, a lot of steps to the third level with luggage and groceries. But we knew this when we booked it. No toaster, paper towels or napkins. The bathroom has a very bad smell to it and I was very sensitive to the plug in scent they had in there.

The town of Bellano what’s the good choice. It had fair access, but not the crowds that we found in towns like Varenna
The apartment looked out on the lake
Unfortunately, there were problems with the hot water heater, but our contact was very responsive and eventually they got it

Location was perfect. Right on Lake Como with ferry located right across the road. Close to amenities and many restaurants.
Nothing really as our stay was just perfect!!

Convenient location for ferry next day.
Spacious.
Comfortable.
Clean.
The checkin process was dreadful.
I was requested to fill in all details of 4 guests, on the day of arrival, while I was travelling. The form accepted UNITED KINGDOM only in uppercase for birth place and nationality, and not in any format for passport origin. I ended up having to photograph all the passports and send them on WhatsApp. This wasted an hour of my time, while I was trying to enjoy a scenic train ride.
It was a struggle lifting all our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

"Super lieu juste au dessus des bars pour l’ambiance et la vu sur le lac. Spacieux même pour 6 personnes."
