The host-Marko, was very generous and welcoming, and all the instructions were clear and precise. The breakfast was a lovely typical Italian breakfast with everything you need, and, of course, wonderful coffee! ☕ The apartment was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay!
.The location was clearly and accurately stated in the listing, so there were no surprises. Personally, I would have preferred to stay closer to the city center, as it would have saved me from needing two public transport connections to get there.

The whole apartment is charming. The 3 individual rooms are very private and Marco did a great job in giving each room their own space. It was private, quiet and located 2 blocks from the train.
I think more specific directions can be given for those coming from FCO.

Well organized, the communication, and the facilities were great. The common kitchen and areas were amazing. The possibility of preparing your own breakfast and simple food was very helpful and easy. I recommend this place, and I would stay here again!
The location was not the best; it is a little farther from the main attractions in Rome, but the metro is across the street. There is a mall with a great grocery store across the street, too. We walked to the Vatican, but if you want to go to the Colosseum or Trastevere is farther. Just keep this in mind.
