Great location, off street parking, helpful host. Very clean.
The staid to the apartment were steep.

The entire apartment is great, but most of all the fact that has two balconies and two bathrooms are great assets for the apartment.
The floor in front of the upstair bathroom makes great noise when stepping on it.
The bannister would need some small strengthening.
