My Apartments Durres

We had a wonderful and thoroughly positive stay at this hotel in Durrës! It is extremely cozy and tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by private residential houses. At night, it’s wonderfully peaceful—you can hear birds and cicadas singing, and leaving the windows open fills the room with the gorgeous fragrance of southern plants. ​The owners put a lot of love into the property: the landscaping is beautiful, and there is a very comfortable, lovely gazebo on site. The rooms feature open terraces that you can use and enjoy at any time. ​While it is about a 10-minute walk to the sea, this distance is actually a major advantage. The main coastal promenade can get quite busy and noisy with heavy traffic, crowds, shops, and cafes. Being just far enough away ensures a truly calm, relaxing, and cozy environment that you simply won't find right on the noisy seafront. ​Additionally, the hotel is very conveniently located close to a bus stop and a bus station with routes heading south toward the Sarandë region. ​What truly makes this place special, though, are the owners. They are a very pleasant, intelligent elderly couple who create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Staying at their mini-hotel made us feel right at home—they are truly wonderful people.

Everything was just perfect—there is genuinely nothing to complain about or dislike. Highly recommended!

Location, parking out front, kindness of landlady.

The property is situated near everything which makes it so easy to find everything. It’s 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from restaurants and bars and shops, 15 minutes fr from poolside hotels that let you in etc. 10/10. Sabrina and her husband are amazing and keep it clean

Sabrina is really a national treasure!!! She looked after us like family, cooked homemade meals for us and generally made sure we were safe and ok. I will be returning to this property every time I visit

Salteaua foarte confortabila, ca locatie a fost relativ aproape de plaja, curte frumoasa.

Camera nu a fost igienizata, bucataria a fost incropita in balconul ingust. Baia murdara, mobila de "bucatarie" murdara, unde gaseai minimul necesar, locul de luat masa de pe balcon foarte ingust si inconfortabil. Nu poti plati cu cardul, gazda de la locatie nu vorbeste decat albaneza, abia te intelegi cu ea, aceasta fiind de altfel, o doamna in vârsta Datorita faptului ca era mizerie in tot orasul, inclusiv pe plaja, apa...am dorit sa plecam cat mai repede din Durres, insa doamna ne-a returnat banii, retinandu-ne o noapte de cazare si banii pe toate zilele de parcare a masinii, 6 zile mai precis, cu specificatia ca am anuntat inca din prima zi ca dorim sa plecam.
