Location excellent
We first stayed here ten years ago and it was first class in every respect.
Sadly it’s now looking tired and needs to urgently up its game.
Great potential - it must look at the competition - attention to detail lacking.
Hall carpets a good example - you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.
We moved onto Salamanca and stayed at the Hector which was truly wonderful.
Lessons to be learned from them.

Your staff are super helpful and professional. The location is quite perfect. And the hotel certainly has the appearance of being 5*. The bed is very comfortable and the size of the room is perfect...very quiet as well...and super clean.
Personally, I do not really like bathrooms with 'opaque glass doors'. To me it lacks privacy. But that is the style of this hotel - I imagine my input is moot. The thing that really did not work well for us was the fact that at ANY temperature or fan setting, the air conditioning vents blow directly at your head all night. Again, this is a design issue and I doubt it can be addressed.
