The room is very spacious. Everything is clean, renewed, it has a very big fitness center, amazing breakfast. Staff is friendly and very helpful (when ordering uber, for example). Would stay there again.

3 consecutive days of weddings/events in the venue. It doesn't impact the lounge or the services, but you'll hear some loud music until 1 AM, specially if your room is facing downtown.

All staff were exceptional cordial and helpful. Chef Ali shone. I told our server his Muhammara was better than my grandmothers, for which I had no recipe. He happily shared his and walked me through all the steps. Wow! And thank you.

Friendly and professional staff especially Mr .Bassem Milad Rooms division manager and Mr.Amr from reception 😊 , Mr. Bassem personally checked on everything and followed up with me throughout my stay. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail.

For a short period of time what you want is smooth stay i did not get it . I was shifted from my room after unpacking for a reason that "there is a gas leakage" and then " this room is dedicated for handicapped personal " so what happend is someone wanted the room and i was locked from entering the room while my stuff are inside to made me move to anther room with bad ac 😅 and then moved again to a "suit" as compenstation nothing can compinsate time and the hussel of dealing with the reception that keeps lying I asked for the manager : wait but did not come I asked for ac service : he is up but never came Bottom line : i wont recommend staying here
