The properly is located in a nice place where there is all
You need next to it. There is bakery just 2 minutes walking which has lots of great food and is open 24hrs. Yannis is super nice and very helpful.
The curtains are not blind.

Niki Court Holiday Apartments is a wonderful place to stay in Paphos. The location is absolutely amazing near the Old Town, sea, shops. The garden around the apartments is beautiful, full of flowers, and it’s lovely to enjoy in it. The apartment itself was very spacious, cozy, and had everything we need. The owner is friendly, calm, and always ready to help for everything you might need during your visit.

No option for breakfast as self service apartments
Unfortunately the bed mattresses were brand new but totally unusable due to being harder than the floor to lie on. Had to personally purchase 2 mattress toppers plus add a doona to soften the unusable bed.
