This is truly an exceptional hotel. From the minute you walk in the ambience cossets you in luxury, with exemplary staff & attention to detail. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. I chose an executive level room, and was upgraded to a suite, which was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The housekeeping attention to detail was immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble, providing a complimentary urgent shopping service for medicine, and a courtesy drive to the nearest ATM. Incredible service. However there was one major negative policy issue which I took exception to….se below…but other that I cannot praise this Hotel highly enough.

Sadly my experience at the Terrace Italian Restaurant & the Kabana later were blighted by the outdated policy of permitting smoking at nearby tables. This is 2026, and secluded areas for smokers need to be provided. As it turned out it was I that was isolated to be away from the smokers. It turned my last night into a very bad experience. The management understood my concerns and promised to raise the policy at Team meetings. I hope so!

Rooms were amazing, lobby was amazing, and clean overall.

Breakfast was average, not amazing. Service at breakfast was very average, staff is too busy, and don’t remember any orders. Not many “f’s” given by anyone really. Not even the dining manager. Gym was very musky with moisture, not fresh.
