The location, right by the train station in Verona, was really convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly, the bed comfortable, the bathroom excellent, and the breakfast ... ok.
It was hard to find the hotel, as it was supposed to be signposted from Platform 1 of the station but we had to ask for directions and only ever came across one tiny sign. As we arrived pretty late in the evening from the airport, the platforms were deserted apart from homeless people sleeping on the benches ... so it was a bit unnerving not to be able to find it easily.

staff is super friendly, and they remember us when we travel back and give us something to calm down when we meet problems with the public transportation.
breakfast would be better for self-serving coffee and tee, breakfast area is too cramped.

Grande chambre très bien aménagée et confortable. Très Calme et service impeccable. Cet hôtel est un véritable atout quand on doit prendre le train très tôt. Il est pratiquement dans l’enceinte de la gare.

God location if you need to be near the bus airport stop or train station. Staff were friendly!
The ac was not working in the room, there was a long black hair stuck to one of the new towels, there was a used make up wipe in the bathroom bin. The hairdryer only worked for 20 seconds before stopping. I was only staying for one night so I didn’t even bother asking to switch rooms
