when I ask, they helped me to transport my luggage which was very nice.
it was very loud during the night and especially in the morning (mostly by scooter and cars on the road, but also next door noises). I guess we were unlucky with the room to the main road.
Moreover we had ants in our bed and stains on the bed cover!
Unfortunately the whole room looks so different then in the beautiful pictures. The bathroom is very old and disgusting on the windows and the corners.
