The staff located at the facilities like Sauna. Turkish Bath etc. They all are into fishing the customer for more money to spent for using these facilities. Lack of staff as bell boy etc not available to bring the luggage.

The hotel staff were generally very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was particularly good value for money, offering a satisfying selection and quality for the price.

However, there were several disappointing aspects regarding cleanliness and housekeeping. First, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain. More concerning was the condition of the towels. One of the towels had a large amount of hair tangled in it, which initially startled me because I thought it was an insect. The towels also appeared quite old and lacked the fresh, soft, and fluffy feel one would normally expect from hotel towels. The most frustrating experience occurred on the morning of my last day. After taking a shower, I realized that there were no towels available in the bathroom. Since I had already finished showering, it was inconvenient to contact the staff, so I ended up drying myself with a hairdryer instead. Overall, the friendly staff, spacious rooms, and reasonably priced breakfast were definite highlights. However, cleanliness and proper housekeeping are fundamental expectations of any hotel, and these areas clearly need improvement. With better attention to hygiene, towel quality, and housekeeping, this hotel could offer a much more pleasant and satisfying experience.
