Staff, particularly Gabriella on comms and the cleaner, I didn’t catch her name were excellent. Enjoyed the cakes and coffee. Wish there was milk or creamer.
Location was average. Quite a stroll to the metro.

This is our second stay in this property and we arrived early from a cruise. Gabreila gave us the code to leave our luggage so we could explore the city. Comfortable bed and great shower after walking around in hot weather.
Slightly further from Roma Termini that initially thought…. About a 20min walk. Not so bad this time as we had visited last week and knew the area a bit better.
