Ostello Bello Milano Duomo

Awesome location and services

A little crowded with beds seems a bit claustrophobic

Really good location, which decided me to book this stay. The hostel proposes good activities (not always accurate), a welcome drink, good vibes. Definitely looooved the free access coffee machine, and the common kitchen. It’s so great to have sleep essentials at the reception.

The fact that there is only one shower+toilet for 6 people requires much anticipation and organisation. Definitely should be common bathroom, that would also allow showering after check out. The toilets at the reception were soo dirty. The rooms are not that good. And you have to make your bed… fresh sheets but also that kind of old blanket that seems to be never washed… And the bad surprise for the end : before the check in you can leave your luggage in a common locker. But after the check out… you have to pay at least 5€ to leave them for the day… very disappointed with that.

Location great and services out of this world. Providing snacks and free drinks and coffee/ tea is a great service. This makes your business stands out.
