Quaint and spacious room in this historic house. Superb, sumptuous breakfast and the host was very hospitable.
Old world charm means it lacks some modernity. Bed placement in our top floor room made getting in and out treacherous.

The B&B was amazing... Great location... 200M to the pedestrian ferry that took you into town.. I was given the little house in the back.. Talk about an authentically Dutch furnished room... it was very cozy, and I could just imagine it being that special romantic getaway.. Breakfast was great, a lot of choices... I would definetly go back with my partner next time I am in the Deventer area, I would even make it a special trip..
It was a perfect getaway... I could find no negatives...

We loved everything about this B&B. Our host was very welcoming and helpful with all kinds of information- history, places to go, things to see and do. We had many laughs and exceptional breakfasts in a beautiful dining room. The breakfast was generous and with great variety. The room was well appointed as was the whole house, being for generations a family home with unique interior design. We have no hesitation in recommending this residence. It was a short stroll through a beautiful park to the ferry which transported us every 10 mins to the city centre where there were great places to eat and shops to visit.
