The location cannot be better. Right in the pedestrian area with everything close by, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores… the apartment is very spacious and the high ceilings makes it feel even larger. The apartment has premium wooden floors, two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen.

Everything was really good. If I am to be very picky, a microwave oven would make the kitchen even better.

The apartment was an extremely spacious, old-world apartment overlooking a touristy street though it was fairly quiet considering where we were. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were many towels for us. There was an elevator which was great after a long day and it was connected to a very nice hotel, Hotel Luna, where we had a late night drink. Very charming apartment with adequate A/C!

It could have used better lighting in each room much like many of the apartments we have rented. Better lightbulbs at least could help. However, when I rented this, my understanding was that there were two FULL bathrooms, meaning a shower or tub in each one which was not the case. That was kind of a bummer for both of us. Also, a suggestion for key pick-up is to provide a map that shows the place is connected to Hotel Luna. Our private driver had a very hard time trying to get to the correct place. The directions showed we were there but we clearly were not. Turns out we were on the opposite street on one side of Hotel Luna whereas the apartment (which is above the key pick-up office) is on the opposite. We had to call for instructions so not very easy.

Location was perfect. 1km easy flat walk to the train station. Good restaurants, shops and grocery stores very close. Nice places to walk Safe and clean location. Room was a great size Self check in was great and keyless room (pin use) was great not to have to carry card. Room and building were very secure

Room seemed to be missing furniture compared to picture. Room did not appear to be like picture when booking. This was very minor and no real issue.

The location is very central to the city. And is available upon a fee, with relatively easy access.

Apartment number 12 had a very small shower, which had broken doors - which made showering very uncomfortable. No shelving within shower for soaps and accessories. No toilet paper holder. Very basic. No wardrobes or shelving available to store clothes in. Sofa bed was broken. No dish washing soap available at kitchen sink so you would buy it yourself. One AC was not working and the ACs were very dirty and not maintained well.
