Nice garden, quite place

The garden the property is located in was simply beautiful. I loved the kitchen and spacious living room combined with a bedroom. Parking was easy.
The only downside was a step between the entrance and bedroom, which literally asks to be tripped. Also, when three people sleep in the bedroom, one needs to open the window or turn the AC on.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, which has its own charm. Mostly houses with garden or inner courtyard. The garden of this place is a gem. The tram stations - connection to downtown area - are in 5-7 minutes walking distance as well as a good grocery store and a pharmacy.
The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful.
I specially liked the north looking window of the room.
