Dans mon ancien palais familial (palais) dans la partie centrale de Montepulciano, nous avons rénové plusieurs appartements avec une et deux chambres doubles. Ces appartements sont facilement accessibles en voiture et un parking gratuit est disponible juste en face de l'entrée. Les appartements sont situés dans le centre historique de Montepulciano dans une position panoramique privilégiée et à proximité de tout ce que la ville offre: caves à vin, restaurants, bars, cafés, magasins, monuments, points de vue. Ils sont facilement accessibles en voiture et un parking est disponible à courte distance.
Les appartements bénéficient également d'un jardin privé avec terrasse solarium et coin lecture isolé dans les anciens murs de la forteresse.

The apartment surpassed our expectations by some distance, very large and comfortable with a multhi level 'secret garden' to the rear of the property, with plenty of shelter and seating out of the heat of the day . It is traditionally furnished and very well equipped apartment on one floor on an old Palazzo in a quiet part of Montepulciano with views towards open countryside and Monte Amiata and all of the sights, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as other places in this very special part of Tuscany.The host was helpful in all aspects with nothing too much trouble. The beautiful Cafe next door is under his ownership and very good quality, but make sure you book if you want to eat breakfast there as it is very popular and busy.Parking is close by as like most old towns in Italy a restricted access and parking system called a ZTL is in force with hefty fines if you enter it. Given Montepulciano is an old hill top town, (reknowned worldwide for its high quality wines) if you aren't fit before you arrive, you will be much fitter by the time you leave!

The apartment was well located and had everything for cooking meals. It was as shown in the photos except for the bed which was not the same. It was also darker, not as bright as described. Overall, everything was as expected.

Large 3rd floor well equipped apt with great Tuscany hills view through French balcony windows. Good location on the edge of town, and a 100 Meter walk up from parking.
