Staff is helpful, room clean and tidy.
access to the rooms
8 / 10Excellent·sept. 2026
Evidently a higher rated hotel. Spacious rooms, thoughtfully designed. Was definitely grand for its time.
Appreciated the availability of halal food at breakfast and that this was generous with variety.
Attention to detail could be better especially pertaining to cleanliness.
Heaps of dust were found around the windows and in corners, and droplets of dust on beds that suggested these had broken off places during housekeeping.

The presentation of reception area
The mattress was hard .
Pillows were hard .
The advertised coffee machine was a kettle.
The bin and toilet brush was rusty.
And the Aircon didn't work.
The view was air vents .
The breakfast menu was poor . because we had tinned hotdogs.
No scrambled eggs
Or fried eggs .
The apple juice was purple.
There was a wide variety of choice
And the dinner menu consist of pizza or curry.or fish and chips no extras.
It was advertised quite time 10 pm -7pm .
There was still shouting and people messaging about in the hallways at 11pm
Bed light flashed so couldn't use
