We loved the room. It was huge, comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Onsen was great
The location was a little remote for off season. The rusutsu resort was very quiet with a lot of restaurants closed. A bit of a drive for food other than in the hotel in October. The gym could have been better equipped. Having to climb a flight of stairs from bedroom to bathroom a little bit of a nuisance

Hugggeeeee room wow we were so surprised, although we knew its a two story room (looks like all the hotel is that way) its was nicer than the pics.
Gym is free to use with your key card, plenty of parking space.
Convenience store close by.
Breakfast is great! Plenty of choice.
Staff are super nice and helpful.
We asked for the beds to be put together as we are a couple but when we ordered the room there was already no option for double rooms - everything was ready as we asked and even got a very nice greeting because it’s our honeymoon!
In this time of the year there are not many restaurants that are open until late in the area (maybe it’s different in the ski season)

Maybe location for the main skiing.
Lobby and rooms felt cramped… lack of food options….
Poor layout in room we had (loft style).. old dated and horrible value for money
$$$$
