Ito Hotel Juraku

all you can drink and eat my husband loved the all you can drink bar. food was fine. onsen was nice . We had one in our room and the view from room was outstanding. Very relaxing . They had a craft area and I made a trinket. There is a limited drink beer and wine during day at their lounge included. nightly music also. very welcoming.

STAIRS ... some to go up no ramp to lobby. the view from lobby is beautiful. The hotel is on a steep hill so be careful walking up to hotel or down. Not recommended to walk if you are slightly disabled. They do have a semi shuttle service that goes to train station during check out times and check in times so utilize it to go to town. facility is starting to show some sign of aging due to weather I am sure. But was very doable. We got the top floor with onsen so my husband could chill in room and not go down to main bath. ME, I love the big bath.

部屋が古いのを見た目だけリメイクしたのがわかるくらいにおいがあって残念だった

The staff at the reception are unable and unwilling to communicate in English. It's almost impossible to reach the entrance of the hotel without a car.
