The location is to die for. The citta alta is a vibrant and beautiful part of Bergamo. Its bars, boutiques, bakeries and ice cream are amazing and the people welcoming.

The description listed aircon...lol..that's funny. Oh and parking..even funnier. The air-conditioning is a small plug in unit that would struggle to keep a phone box cool. I had to book the wife into a hotel that had air-conditioning, as she struggled with the 30* heat in the room. Myself and my boys toughed it out! It really needs 3 of these units for an apartment of that size. Re: parking, ha, thankfully a restauranteur warned me about fines and being towed. So I parked elsewhere.

1/ Emplacement en plein centre ville de la vielle ville haute (magique le soir et en journée, moins pour le parking) 2/ Grand appartement propre, le lit mis dans le salon était confortable 3/ la clim d'appoint marchait plutôt bien, mais un peu bruyante et on a dû la laisser tourner la nuit

1/ Chambre trop chaude en juillet (pas de clim dédiée pour la chambre) et le lit de la chambre grinçait beaucoup. Mais on n'était que 2 et on a bien dormi dans le salon (on a fermé la porte de la chambre et on ne l'a pas utilisée) 2/ Parking très cher 75€ pour 2 jours, du coup demander au propriétaire quelques jours avant pour se garer dans le parking qu'il propose (il doit faire la demande a la mairie pour enregistrer votre plaque d'immatriculation)

The location was great! The apartment had very good amenities, it was clean, comfortable, and we had no complaints about the property.

We didn’t know it was many flights up with heavy suitcases. We got no directions for its location as Google Maps could not locate the alley. It was advertised with parking (we notified the host we had a rental car) but it was expensive hourly parking outside the no drive zone. The electricity went off our first morning and it took the host all day to tell us what to do. (Only after we reported it to Booking.com) We had an electrical fire the second day that we had to put out, which stopped the Wi-fi and air conditioning. We notified the host immediately and sent pictures. He never responded. After reporting it to Booking.com your agency contacted us 36 hours after the fire happened and he was notified. Two nights without air conditioning during the hottest summer you’ve had in 75 years. As soon as your agency was involved you took action. Unfortunately stores were closed so the necessary equipment to resolve the fire issue could not be delivered until the next day (48 hours after the fire and two days without air conditioning and wi-fi).
