Good access instructions and sightseeing tips from host. Handy to great coffee bar and bakery. Convenient to tram stops and easy to get into the city.
All good.

Posizione molto buona, vicina al tram che porta in centro in poche fermate (tram frequenti). Appartamento pulito e spazioso, letto comodo.

nemam primedbi

The area is peaceful and well-served by numerous grocery stores. It was a lovely gesture from the host to leave a bottle of wine and chocolates, and she also provided plenty of helpful recommendations for local attractions.
The apartment could benefit from better cleanliness and maintenance. Kitchen utensils and dishes were not properly cleaned and required thorough washing before use. Even the hairdryer felt sticky. The bed had an unpleasant odor, and there was noticeable dust on much of the furniture.
Additionally, the showerhead was broken, resulting in poor water flow.
