Definately the view
The fans that doesn't work in the bedrooms. The aircon does not cool off the rooms, but it helped sleeping with open windows except when it rains.

The view and location
The apartment was not clean upon arrival. Bedding was stained. Domestic helper was suspiciously approaching for cash. There were cockroaches in the cupboards. Windows were not sealed properly so the wind got into the apartment at night. Not all appliances work. The apartment is not well maintained.
