I found it really, really difficult to re lock the key!!!! To the point I’d practised 4 times before I left. Then the morning off I gave myself 15mins to lock it and it all that time! I was so scared and stressed! It also opened before I’d finished the final number one day. Sorry!!

The little kitchenette was serviceable, the bathroom was quirky and I loved the skylight in the shower. The location is roughly 20mins walk from the main attractions in Florence which was great. It was the most affordable accomodation I could find for 4 days for two people.
The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and there was hair in the shower.
Bring mosquito spray in autumn, they will eat you alive at night!
Be mindful that the staircase to the room are very steep and the steps to the shower are irregular should you have mobility issues.

Location was great! Bed was comfy
The rooms were damp with no natural light! However, you have to remember that this is an old building in Florence!
The sockets in the wall were wonky and you couldn't plug the TV in or standard lamps as they didn't fit!
A settee and tv in the first part would have made it more comfy!
