We had a really lovely stay at Rove Downtown. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
What really made our stay special was the staff and their excellent service. Special thanks to Nomi who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even kindly upgraded our room to the top floor with a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa which we really appreciated.
We would definitely stay here again!

Room basic but comfy. Beds were good. Aircon works well. Good location for Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Breakfast was nice, buffet and "to order" options. Water supplied in room. The shop in the lobby was excellently stocked and quite reasonable. We didn't try the pool (too hot) but it looked lovely.

-Walking distance from Dubai Mall (although during my stay I wasn't able to walk to Dubai Mall as it was in the middle of Summer)

-Has lockers for those who arrived early or for those who already checked-out but still want to discover more of Dubai before their flight

Location. We had stayed here previously.
Room telephone didn’t work. Toilet cistern took a long time to refill after a flush. Not enough pillows. To get more we had to call via mobile through the central booking office. Sunday breakfast offerings and selection was virtually all bakery/cake/pastry. Fruit was late in arriving. Sausages did not arrive. Eggs ran out.
