Instructions were clear and it was easy to find. Room was spacious and well equipped. Nice kitchenette, sofa area, good sized bathroom, comfy bed. Nice and central to Oakham, lots of lovely pubs on the doorstep and the gorgeous church opposite.
Could be a little noisy if the window was open, from the cafe underneath opening at 8.30. Really minor quibble though and not something that can really be rectified by the property!

So big, clean and loads of extras. Loved the milk, cereals and the sheer size of the place.
Really easy to find, Alison gave loads of information that was spot on.
Can highly recommend.
Right in centre, but so quiet.
