Very comfortable, well designed apartment in old historic building in the center of Caen. Very nice host - carried my suitcase to the third floor! A lot of light during the day hours, very proper trellis and curtains to darken the room at night. Very nice kitchen ) Good bed, proper shower. Highly recommended!
Because of apartment location - there is no elevator, apartment on tall third floor. On Fridays night there is some noise under windows - again, as expected in central downtown location. It’s very minor issues to tolerate because such a good apartment in such a central location worth it!

Excellent location. Excellent host. Good facilities
Significant noise from students early hours of the morning from square in front of accommodation. Not so much a problem for us but maybe off putting for others
