Extraordinaria ubicación, muy céntrico pero sin ruido ni multitud alrededor, la suite muy bien equipada, limpia y cómoda. Laura es una extraordinaria anfitriona

Fantastic apartment in an ideal location for visiting the Biennale. Laura was friendly and hospitable and made check-in easy, meeting us at the vaporetto stop and walking us to the apartment, even providing a nice bottle of wine to settle us in - much appreciated Laura! The room is comfortable and generous in size with all of the facilities you need. We can highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice and especially if your focus is on the Biennale.

Fantastic location in a quiet area but with many lovely restaurants close by. It was easy to reach from the airport on the Alilaguna boat to Arsenale. 5 minutes walk from there.
The apartment is spacious very well equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen and a lovely bathroom with great hot water in the shower.
Laura is a wonderful host - so helpful. I would highly recommend the apartment if you’re thinking of staying a few days in Venice.
The bed was a bit soft for us but other people might like that.
