One Ibiza Suites

We had a suite on the second floor. Amazing room and great sea views. Lovely touches included with this room like free airport transfers, gift bag with fan, beach towel and slippers inside just made it even more special. Reception staff, concierge, housekeeping and driver were all so professional and pleasant. They catered to our every need and gave great recommendations for things to do during our stay. It was for a 50th birthday and we ordered a cake and cava package which was there for our arrival. Pool area and the rooftop bar were fabulous. Views and lovely food, reasonably priced. Loved the styling of the hotel rooms and communal areas. They have thought of everything and it is spotless. Easy walk to Ibiza town and to clubs/beach clubs in playa d’en bossa. We had bad weather for a few days but didn’t spoil our stay as we loved hanging out in the room and watching the thunderstorms. My flight home was later than the rest of my party and hotel allowed me to have the room until 8pm with no extra charge. That is unheard of and was so appreciated, especially as flights were all delayed due to the weather. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Breakfast was a bit pricey for us but would be worth it if you like a big breakfast and paid for the whole stay upfront. We had it one day and it was excellent quality but preferred to go out in the morning to different cafes nearby for a smaller snack and coffee.

Excellent modern hotel with great staff who were most helpful - prime seafront location about 15 minutes walk to the centre and to the old town. Super roof top pool and bar with amazing views out to sea.
