The apartment is located right in the heart of Batumi within walking distance of supermarkets, ATMs, the beach and all the main attractions. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The host was kind and helpful.
The only downside is that the bathroom is a little smelly

The location was fine and the apartment was good.
I made the booking of the apartment based on the amenities available and the kitchen items listed in the booking.com site . Unfortunately there was no toaster, microwave or oven available in the apartment as listed in the apartment profile. This was a serious matter of concern for us as it was cold and could not heat the cooked food or bread we brought home.
