La Maison Royale downtown italian breakfast check in until 22 pm

The facility is in a villa well kept and the room was spacious and clean

My stay was short and really didn’t experience any inconvenience

The hotel was older but very well maintained and very clean. We stayed in 4 different rooms to accommodate 7 adults and 2 children in our group. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed only one night prior to flights the next day. The breakfast was vey good and the host made coffees to order in their lovely breakfast sunroom. The location was great. Just a few blocks off the the main street with all of the restaurants and shops. and less than 10 minutes drive to the airport. I was unsure of staying so close to the airport but this little town was a wonderful surprise ! The restaurants and atmosphere of the main street at night was fabulous. we walked the boardwalk along the boats. This is a gem of a stay. We plan to stay here again prior to flying home the next time !

I was disappointed that I requested a crib for our 10 month old grandchild, it stated they were available on the booking site which was one of my criteria. They confirmed my request for a crib and said it would be available. When we arrived I was told they do not have cribs. But they have tiny beds ( it was a twin futon) not ideal or safe for that age. But we were only there for 1 night so we made it work. But if we are traveling with grandkids in the future I would have to book a different stay. Buy a crib please! Most hotels have at least a pak and play style crib that store easily.

Good location, close to a lively and pleasant area with shops and plenty of restaurants serving good food. The room is spacious, the bed is clean, and the overall condition is good. There are several welcome amenities, such as bread, jam, and bottled water.

The living room is spacious, but rather dark. The shower has water flow problems due to mineral buildup, and there are also issues with the hot water and soap in the vanity. The bathroom floor has an uneven level that could pose a safety hazard and lead to falls. The sofa is comfortable and useful for relaxing, but adding a small table and a little refrigerator would make the room more practical and comfortable.
