Loved the apartment, the instructions from the owner and the central location. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The local area has good bars and restaurants for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal. Seville is awesome, walking, cycling, kayaking, paddleboarding or getting a boat or bus are all options. There are a variety of areas to shop for clothes, gifts, and roof top bars for those who like to take in the city skyland and beyond. Some great food halls to explore. We did a coach trip to Carmona and Cordoba, which was excellent. The Alcazar and The Plaza de Espania also worth a visit and the Maire Luisa gardens. We found some great Riverside bars too, as it was so hot and the breeze from the water helped. Will definitely be back. Teresa the host is contactable and very helpful. Thankyou to her.

On our 1st day there was lots of noise above us. Later realised that Spain had beat England ladies in the European Qualifiers. So understandable. No other noise probs. We couldn't get the TV to work, some may need further guidance, but we were not in much.

The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and they left some coffee and tea on the counter in the kitchen. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed and there was plenty of hot water. We used the washer and dryer, which helped us pack lightly. The room temperature could be regulated with the control provided, so it was the right temperature for our stay. The area was pedestrian-only which we like as the city attractions are all within walking distance. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. This apartment is away from the touristy area, most of the people in the bars and restaurants on the nearby plaza seemed like neighbors.

The refrigerator could use a freezer.

L’emplacement était bien pour découvrir la ville, l’appartement était plutôt calme

Équipements mal entretenus : climatisation du bas ne fonctionnait pas bien, frigo est tombé en panne pendant le séjour, le sofa pour dormir très inconfortable et les draps étaient trop petits.

Appartement bien situé

Immeuble bruyant. Réveilles en pleine nuit par les voisins.
