Tv didnt work on English channels and stopped sound altogether one evening but Favier and i together got it working
One member of staff stood and watched as my disabled sister in law struggled up the front steps but I’m the evening Favier helped
Spa did not have manicure / pedicure

We stayed in the château itself and were really happy with our room – comfortable, well presented and a lovely place to stay. Beautiful grounds and excellent amenities, with a great choice of good quality food and drinks. We particularly enjoyed the al fresco dining and views. Breakfast had a good selection too.
Service could be inconsistent, particularly at the outside bar, and our tab was incorrect several times. Breakfast items were sometimes slow to be replenished, especially when a conference was taking place, when very little was left for hotel guests.

It’s our second time here. We love the facilities, location, and the vibe in general- as do the children. You can totally switch off here.
This time round the service was very patchy at times - not what you expect given the rates we are paying. For example, on two separate occasions the staff forgot our drinks order and on one occasion there were 5 members of staff behind the bar. None of them were interested in taking my order for quite a while.
