Loved the view and the different levels. The pool and bar area was gorgeous!
The bathroom could have been a little bit more updated.

The pool area was beautiful, with a lovely view. The breakfast was good. A special mention goes to the golf cart driver who drove us around the property — he was absolutely wonderful, always friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The service was generally fine, although we felt it could have been a little warmer and more welcoming. We didn’t always feel the personal attention we would normally expect from a hotel of this level. A lovely exception was the golf cart driver, who was always incredibly kind, friendly and helpful.
The room design felt a little dated, and the bathroom was not very practical. The bathtub/shower was quite difficult to access, as you had to climb into it to take a shower, and the whirlpool feature was barely noticeable.
The spa experience was also a little underwhelming. There didn’t seem to be many spa facilities or a dedicated relaxation/waiting area. We were taken directly to the treatment room without being offered robes or having any real spa experience before the treatment. The massage itself was pleasant, but overall felt quite average compared with what we expected from a resort and spa of this level.
Overall, the property is beautiful, but we expected a little more warmth, comfort and attention to detail.

The breakfast was outstanding - gorgeous sea views and an exceptional variety of buffet food including generous amounts of deliciously cooked vegetables, freshly squeezed orange juice machine, fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, yoghurts plus lots of savoury options and a whole table of sweets/pastries. Genuinely the best hotel breakfast we have experienced on holiday - sets you up for the whole day. Also great for vegans/vegetarians. Restaurant staff very helpful and always friendly and welcoming plus great coffee.
We booked a pool suite which had beautiful sea views. The room was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The cleaners (also very friendly) came in twice a day and did a great job so we felt very looked after. There is a good sized smart tv if you want down time in the room. Also comes with air conditioning.
The hotel has electric club cars that can ferry hotel guests up and down the resort and also to neighbouring hotel restaurants (very helpful if, like me, you have mobility issues). Thanks especially goes to Costa who was always ready to help us when we needed it.
The reception staff were also always friendly and helpful (thanks Mary) and the reception area also has a stunning sea view.
The location is close enough to the main town to benefit from going into town for dinners etc (D'Angelo's is great and was recommended to us by the hotel) but also far out enough to be peaceful but close to other hotels to create different dining options.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like.
The swimming pools aren't heated and are more suited to dips than swimming due to the design (concrete round section in the middle of the main pool so full lengths not possible). A more practical swimming pool designed for those who like to swim would really be the only thing I would have changed.
The beaches are also very rocky so again not ideal for sea swimming but this is true across the whole island (and not a criticism of the hotel in any way).

We loved the views and the infinity pool, our room was spacious with nice views and the bathroom was big!
Our buggy driver always kind and with a nice sense of humor.
We did not enjoy the breakfast experience. Even though the restaurant is modern, with great views and the buffet is big enough, it was so sad that on 10th of October that we had breakfast they started removing food from buffet at 10:50am. We also had to ask for the table to be cleaned and we also had to ask to get the drinks order. When we had our plates and cutleries removed we had to ask to get new cutleries. The funniest thing is that when we asked an English breakfast tea we received the answer” we don’t have cause is the end of season”.
Worst thing is the we found some warms inside our orange juice.
