The parking , staff and the security ,location and the ambience in general. Easily accessible
Fully furnished basics were met, I didn't have to request for anything extra
Shower curtains were short spilling water across the bathroom floor area

The place is located in a good environment . very hospitable staff as well
The apartment has a number of things but feels empty and not warm. Alternatives were provided for missing items ultimately when asked. The towels can also be replaced as they are too old. The bathrooms although clean may need more aeration and consider putting in some sprays since they are near the bed room.
