Excellent location both for travel and the city itself. In spite of this central and busy location the apartment was quiet. Inside, it was well appointed and comfortable, all facilities worked perfectly. Communication for access was also very efficient and helpful.

Very spacious flat, unexpected huge terrace as well. Quiet, and since we were going to a wedding, we appreciated a proper iron with the board!
Everything was good apart from pillows. Those are just horrible, and unfortunately ruined a restful night.

Spacious, modern, comfortable and really well equipped. Comfy beds and good quality bed linen.
Balcony was a bonus.
Great communication with staff.
Just lacked a little bit of general maintenance. Some scuffed walls, a few non functioning lights and TV remote with leaky batteries. Would benefit from just a little more attention to detail at changeovers.

This was a large and spacious property conveniently located near the train station. It was generally well-kitted out, with two rooms and two bathrooms. It was generally good for our needs— we were out and about most of the time we were in Cambridge.
There were four things that let the property down. First of all, the main living area stank of stale cigarette smoke. We stayed in the summer, so we left the windows open to air it out, but it was really pervasive. The lobby/entry way to the building also stank of rubbish, like a bag had exploded and hadn’t been properly cleaned up. There was a big, broken desk and chair in the living area— not sure why that wasn’t removed. Finally, we used the washing machine and our clothes were not very clean and also COVERED in white lint— had to rewash them all when we got home.
