Ramada Addis, Addis Ababa

I had an excellent stay at Ramada Addis Ababa and was very impressed with the hotel overall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around Addis Ababa, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other important areas. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, and they genuinely made me feel welcome. I would especially like to thank Youssef at the reception, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He made the check-in and overall experience very smooth and was always ready to assist with a great attitude. Overall, I highly recommend Ramada Addis Ababa to anyone visiting the city. Great location, comfortable hotel, and excellent staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Addis Ababa!

A lovely stay overall. Perhaps a few small details could be refreshed, but the warm service and friendly staff made the experience very enjoyable.

The hospitable staff, the overall ambience

The shampoo conditioner and body wash should be labelled clearly. It was difficult to understand without proper labels. The bathroom water would not drain easily too and would lead to clogging

There was repair work on the floor above me and they used to work 24/7 which was really annoying specially when I was trying to sleep. Yet and to be fair the staff offered me a replacement but I couldn’t do it as the move has to happen at morning time and I used to be out

The balcony part was amazing and the location also great, the room was good enough

No warm water, uncomfortable mattress, and a broken bed. To make matters worse, the management was very uncooperative. I was double-charged for the first day—once by Booking.com and again at check-in. The staff promised a refund within 3–5 days, but it has been 7 days with no return!
