The location and the room inside.
The Room 5 shower is a problem. First day, I wanted to take we shower around 13:00; there was no hot water. The next morning, I took a shower around 7:00; the shower had extremely hot water that one could not mix. I am not sure if the shower mixer has a problem or something else, but you either get cold or extremely hot water.
