A clean, family-run apartment with huge outdoor area and easy access to all public & private beaches, shops, and restaurants across the village. Ivana and her mum are very gentle and supportive when you need some great local help. Cats in the garden keep reserved, adding friendly fun to the chilled setting.
This isn't about the place. It's just a bit odd with Booking.com as I was sent the review invite email in October though I had stayed there in August. So, don't be misled by my review date if it shows up as such.

Stayed here for two nights and loved the room and the area around it.
Pluses:
+ There are a free beach and a grocery store nearby.
+ The district is quiet, peaceful and not crowded.
+ The room is good-sized, has a beautiful view. The bathroom is clean, has a shampoo and a shower gel.
+ The host texted us first, explained how to get there by public transport, was friendly and nice, showed us where to pay the tourist tax.
+ Since Montenegro is an expensive country, there’s lack of budget-friendly accommodation options. So “Seaside apartments and rooms” stand out from the rest as cozy and comfy one.
+ There are recycling bins in the kitchenette.
Minuses:
– The room has poor soundproofing.
– The Blue Line bus that brings you to Kotor works very bad and stresses you out. Going there by walk otherwise takes you an hour.
I would rate a ten, but rented a nine, because there are things that can be easily done but aren’t. Like creaky wardrobes could be lubricated, the dying kettle in the kitchenette could be replaced, there could be some warm blankets for people like me who cannot sleep with just a top sheet.
But that’s it; frankly speaking, chilling in the room and outside there was the best part of our Kotor trip.

Lovely apartment located close to the sea, perfect for relaxation! It is nicely equipped with everything needed to make you feel like home. Close to the supermarket and the bus station towards Kotor. Staff was very kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

The host is very helpful and welcoming and there’s guidance on the basic things you would need to make your stay comfortable. TheThe view from the room and the balcony is amazing and there’s nearby restaurant and Shops although more pricy than the restaurants in the old town
Huge mosquitoes greeted me and they just keep coming despite insecticides I got. It’s difficult to get a taxi to the old town. The blue line bus is also not always on schedule, both to and fro, so you have to factor that in. You get what you pay for
