Location and cleanliness of property Helpful staff when booking spa treatments

Slight problem with one of the bathrooms that was adapted for the elderly - the wet room flooded into the bedroom area and when we said about the issue - we were told to move the shower head to prevent this - which would have been ok if person using the shower could reach it - worried in case people using the shower moving forward could slip and fall - so just wanted to alert the hotel. Couple of times felt that the staff were not confident in what they were doing and were worried about making mistakes

Location to work Very accommodating and friendly staff

Annexe rooms - door from bedroom straight out to the outside near a very busy road and public feels unsafe but staff moved me.2nd room was so hot must have been a known issue as there were 2 fans in there. Room very tired old dated furniture bathroom needs a makeover

Pleasant booking in and checking out process. Breakfast was lovely.

The road noise which is constant day and night. Having to book to use the pool and the pool not being open from 7am.

Location and separate annex accommodation was nice. The views of the fields and Hares playing was lovely The two ladies working were pleasant

When booking I had requested an 8-9 check in and had missed there would be a £15 charge for this as it wasn’t on the main page information - they accepted my booking before confirming this was ok with me The room was large and comfortable however the bathroom door can’t be closed from the outside meaning steam/smells were in the main bedroom. I decided to have dinner in the restaurant. I only ordered a jacket potato with beans and cheese and the beans came in a bowl, cold. I was then asked if I wanted them ‘warming’. I chose not to stay for breakfast. Disappointing stay for the cost of it.
