Lovely room exceptional bathroom/bathroom very good proximity to the main part of barmouth and only 2 doors away from restaurant we booked. Had a lovely breakfast and staff were really nice i would definitely stay there again and very happy with gated parking.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was amazing and Bailie and Nadine were brilliant. Both ladies were helpful, polite and extremely pleasant. Their service was excellent. 5* to both!

I found no faults are all. Everything was great. The stairs to the loft were a killer!

In the heart of Barmouth Parking facilities good Breakfast was amazing

Our room was on 3rd floor- 56 steps to reach it When booking I should have asked for a lower room I booked a king room but it wasn’t big Pub was very busy on the weekend
