Breakfast was excellent with multiple choices both continental and cooked. Room very comfortable, location excellent
WiFi service was not reliable. The lights control in the rooms too complex and the AC plugs were not very stable

Das Hotel ist absolut top, noch relativ neu, Sehr guter erhalten und gepflegt. Die Lounge ist Sehr gut, Super Essen- und Getränkeauswahl, absolut zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Hangzhou. Auch das Frühstück ist überragend. Top Empfehlung.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist nicht wirklich gut, aber Taxi oder DiDi ist in China sehr günstig, also eigentlich kein wirkliches Problem.

I have to say that given the hotel is a Sheraton, the detail of the room wasn't what I would expect. The towels and bedding weren't as nice as I would've liked.

Good location for our needs
Room smelled of smoke. Asked to be moved to another room which unfortunately also smelled of smoke.
